A (new) new Italian Landscape lecture 2
Design as a constructive element in architectural context: from MoMA's radical exhibition in 1972 on the new domestic landscape to futuristic Italian architecture.
Lecture tailored to sector experts, educators and students.

  Andrea Branzi, architect and designer, born in 1938 in Florence, where he graduated in 1966; he lives and works in Milan since 1973. From 1964 to 1974 he was member of the group Archizoom Associati, first vanguard group internationally recognized, whose projects are preserved at Centro Studi e Archivio della Comunicazione of Parma
University; his graduation thesis and many projects are preserved at Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris. Co-founder and director of Domus Academy, first international post-graduate school of design. Author of many books about history and theory of design, he has been curator of many exhibitions in this field. In 1987 he has received the Compasso d'Oro award for his career. He works in industrial and experimental design, architecture, urban planning, education and cultural promotion. He is professor and president of the graduation course of Interior Design at the Faculty of Design of Politecnico di Milano.
 
  Born in 1966, Luca Molinari lives and works in Milan. He graduated in Architecture in Milan in 1992 after a period of work and study at the Faculty of Architecture -TU - Delft - The Netherlands (1989) and at ETSAB in Barcelona - Spain (1990-1992). Since 1995 he has been editor-in-chief for architecture and design sectors at the publishing house
Skira. From 2001 to 2004 he was scientific director for architecture and city planning at the Triennale di Milano. He currently runs the workshop "Architecture d'oggi" at the Second Faculty of Architecture "Luigi Vanvitelli", Naples. He collaborates and writes for Italian and foreign magazines and journals, among which include Lotus, Abitare, Domus, Ottagono, Il progetto, Archis, L'architecture d'aujourd'hui e A+U. In the last few years he has been responsible
for the organization and staging of various events connected to the world of Architecture and contemporary art. He currently consults for both public and private institutions dedicated to contemporary architecture and buildings.
