Food architecture: from local produce to meal solutions
To heighten the design world's awareness of how food product's characteristics and the setting in which it is consumed affect meal solution planning. This is the aim of this meeting organized by Promos/Milan Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with MILANOMADEINDESIGN. Food business-related creativity, tradition and innovation would also be the central themes of 2015 Universal Expo, an outstanding global event for which the city of Milan is candidated.
